First Day of School
I just came home from school and it wasn't very exciting. School starts at 7:50. I'm in "Qualifikationsphase-1" or grade 12- The first two periods we were crowed in a small class room. we = half of my grade = about 130 students. I didn't get a seat so I had to stand for two periods while our counsellors/teachers talked to us about attendance, grades, schedules...
Then I got my schedule and it's awful. I don't like many of my teachers and I'll have them for two years.

I have a total of 4 free periods inbetween classes where I can do homework or go home. Every period is 45min long. School usually starts at 7:50 except for Monday, because I have the first two periods free. So it doesn't start before 9:40. On Mondays and Wednesdays I'm done by 1:15pm, on Fridays and Tuesdays I'm done by 3:45 and on Thursdays I'm done by 5:30pm.

In grade 12 and 13 every grade you goes into your "Abitur". You have to choose four classes to take "Abitur Exams". Two of them are advanced classes. Advanced classes are harder and you spend more time with them. I chose English and Biology. Besides these two advanced classes you choose one other class for your written exams and one for your oral exams. I'll take my written exams in Math and my oral exams in Social Science.

Haha I know this sounds very complicated if your aren't familiar with the German school system ;)
